negative ratings for the vendor in mind.
Remember: the rating of others helps you choose the right supplier, so take it seriously when you rate yourself.

will have an incentive to fix it and remember 1-2 negative ratings does
not mean that the provider intentionally did bad service.
Evaluate
him properly especially if he corrects himself - that's more important
than him making a mistake (or lying) and keeping quiet.
