Clearing & Barter House: Global Model and Operation

Global Expansion and Business Model

As a global company, Clearing & Barter House is expanding through its own operations and a franchise and licensing model. By the end of the year, Clearing & Barter House will be operating both online and offline in over 50 countries.

The Clearing & Barter House Group model enables business owners worldwide to conduct business without using cash, instead transacting with goods and services. Businesses and individual consumers who use the platform's proprietary digital currency (C&B EUR) can:

  • Preserve cash resources

  • Liquidate surplus stock

  • Replenish inventory

  • Optimize delivery times and reduce downtime

  • Expand their customer base through our exclusive network of thousands of active buyers and sellers worldwide

A New Kind of Exchange Platform

We are not a bank within the meaning of the Financial Institutions Act. Any use of banking terminology is purely for illustrative purposes, making it easier to understand our new type of service: a settlement center for exchanging goods and services.

This is not a system for traditional direct barter. Instead, it enables the exchange of value, allowing a seller to receive the desired goods or services from any of the thousands of members on the platform, rather than relying on a one-to-one barter deal. Since direct barter rarely matches the needs of both parties, our platform ensures that value is preserved and fairly exchanged using our digital currency as an equivalent and practical intermediary.

Platform Description

Members of the platform earn virtual Clearing & Barter EUR/USD/GBP for the goods and services they provide. This value is electronically recorded in their account database and may be applied either as a balance or toward repayment of any credit or advance payment previously received.

We accept members from all around the world. Every day, hundreds of physical warehouses and stores work to shorten the distance and time needed for clients to find suitable buyers for their goods and services—or to spend the value they’ve earned in the most efficient way.

For example: if you earn digital currency from providing services in Tokyo in the morning, you can later use that value to make a purchase in the United States, then resell the acquired product or service in Europe. The possibilities are global and seamless.
